The United States Deaf Cycling Association (USDCA) maintains this cycling club homepage in an effort to raise public awareness of the services to the cycling clubs and club activities, only cycling clubs that are affiliated with the U.S.Deaf Cycling Association. Cycling Club Activities A NEW CLUB FORMED A group of friends from Fremont area has ridden together on every Sunday since 1996 which led them to establish a cycling club and named the club "California Deaf Wheelers" (CDW). It is affiliated with the USDCA of a six-dollar fee for one-year club membership. Members of CDW paid 10 dollars; 5-dollar due goes to the USDCA for associate membership and the difference goes to the club. The following founding members are: Bob Morrison, Jack Lamberton, Ethan Bernstein, Bobby Skedsmo, Bill Mouroux, Ron Stern, Leslie Firl and Mike Farnady. Skedsmo considered that this mission is important for the future of deaf cycling across the nation. He will use this as a model for the others to develop its new club at their respective place. If they do not have cycling club in their place, they can become member of USDCA by default. Remember that being in a bike club is supposed to be fun. That is the first and most obvious way to make your club better: have a good time! The list below are states or cities having "cycling members". Question marks shown after the following list are members interesting in the process of founding cycling clubs.
